Lit LiveRemember what it was like to listen to a great story? Lying in bed, sitting around a camp fire, curled up on a sofa or lazing on the beach while someone read exciting, spooky or funny stories that ignited the imagination?

Lit Live is a new way to enjoy great short stories, read to you by great storytellers.

Sharing stories is the universal way to make sense of our lives; they affirm who we are, cross time and cultural barriers, allow us to enjoy similarities and understand differences.

At Centre for Stories in Northbridge, we invite you to sit back, relax and listen to intimate, funny, moving, uplifting and sad short stories and essays by local, national and international authors.

Lit Live is on the first Wednesday of every month from 7 to 8pm at Centre for Stories, 100 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge.

Tickets: $20 include wine and nibbles
